We do not set a timeline for releasing new themes. At the same time we believe in quality over quantity, and of course, improving our existing themes is just as important to us as releasing new themes.
Of course. Documentation and tutorials are available for all our themes, ongoing support for a ticketing system is available to customers after purchasing a theme.
Our official support hours are between 9:00 and 18:00 (GMT + 2) Sunday to Thursday.
We accept PayPal payments, and all types of credit cards through PayPal, in order to keep our customers safe we chose to use PayPal’s clearing system because we believe it is the most secure for our customers, please contact us for more details regarding the means of payment.
In order to download the product you purchased, you must enter a product page (when you are logged in to the system), you had a new tab to download.
Yes. Our license allows the use of our themes in one domain or multiple domains, depending on the package you purchased. Please see our pricing for more information.
Content is not automatically installed when our theme is installed. However, with a few simple clicks, you can install the content from the theme demo (we use the One-Click Demo Import plugin). The content is intended to serve as a placeholder, and we recommend replacing it as soon as possible. Additionally, you may still need to set up a theme after installing the demo content. Of course, everything is explained in a tutorial document
We offer all its customers 15-day refunds on all products. We care about our customers and want to make sure they are satisfied with our products at all times.
But, in order to prevent abuse of our liberal repayment policy, we reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.
Your site remains intact without any change. Once the license expires, only the support and updates will be cut off.
