First of all, make a backup of your site,
full backup of WordPress files and DB

Step 1: Download files

Download the new files from Themeforest go to your account and download new files (https://themeforest.net/downloads).

After downloading a new version, extract the zip file we need to use azedw.zip

Step 2: Upload files

Upload the new files to your server: you need to upload the theme file (azedw.zip) to
this path /wp-content/themes/

Step 3: Rename folder

Rename the old azedw theme folder:

you need to rename the old azedw theme  folder to __azedw

step 4: Extract file

Extract the new azedw zip file: after renaming the old folder you need to extract the new version on your server 

Now just make sure the site goes up as usual with no issues.
